1. Parties and scope
The supplier is the business identified below. The buyer is the individual or legal entity providing contact and billing details. The selected plan, total price, exchange-rate date and allowances are displayed before payment and attached to the order.
2. Service and allowances
SESAVO provides AI visibility measurement, competitor and source comparisons, technical and content analysis, improvement plans, tasks and reports. Brand, team and tool limits follow the selected plan. Tool allowances are separate and cannot be exchanged.
An AI response allowance is used per question × platform × repetition. Monthly allowances reset at the start of each calendar month in UTC; changing plans does not erase usage. Provider and optional integration availability depends on active server connections.
3. Price and secure payment
The USD list price and the total payable in TRY, including taxes and calculated using the CBRT USD selling rate, are displayed before payment. The approved order amount is fixed, without later exchange-rate or hidden transaction charges. Card details are entered in iyzico’s own form; SESAVO does not receive or store card numbers or security codes.
4. Formation and delivery
After reviewing the pre-information and accepting the agreement, the buyer authorizes payment in iyzico’s form. The order is completed when payment is verified with the provider. Access is granted for 30 days from confirmation. A one-time email link lets a new buyer set a password. There is no automatic renewal or automatic card charge.
5. Withdrawal, cancellation and defective service
Mandatory consumer withdrawal and defective-service rights remain applicable. Where available, withdrawal runs for 14 days from formation of the service contract. Statutory exceptions for instantly performed electronic services and services started with consumer approval are assessed against the actual transaction and consents. This agreement is not a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights.

6. Results and responsibilities
SESAVO provides analysis and workflow tools without guaranteeing rankings, visibility growth, sales or revenue. AI responses and external platforms may change. Buyers are responsible for account security, lawful uploaded data and content review before publication. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
7. Disputes and records
Consumers may apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court subject to applicable jurisdiction, monetary thresholds and mandatory mediation. The order summary and accepted document version are recorded and available for download from the payment page.
